Other general questions...

What time does SGC start? Like is it midnight on 21st, or is 9am or noon? And when does it end?

SGC officially starts at 9 AM on Friday June 21st and is expected to wrap-up around 2 PM Sunday June 23rd.

Can we keep a room for the same rate on the day after the event?

The hotel should have the locked in room rate available through Monday, June 24th. In the event you'd like to sleep before you fly out.

What happens after I purchase a badge?

You will be picking the badge up at the event proper. We should have badge pick up open as a early as Thursday evening, June 20th. Pre-registered attendees will have more information regarding this in the near future.

What is parking like at the hotel?

There are a number of parking options, but for guests who'll be staying the entire weekend, there is a cost effective option. Reunion Lot B is a cash-only lot that requires you to pay $5 upon entry and NOTHING MORE. That means you can park there for the entirety of the event at a rate of only $5, so long as you do not move your car. The lot is at the corner of Sports Street and Reunion Boulevard. It is accessible from the Exhibit Level of the hotel.
