
SGC is produced by ScrewAttack Entertainment, home to the most downloaded video game content on the net! With over 100 million downloads, ScrewAttack has redefined the video game entertainment genre and is ready to revolutionize the video game convention scene.
Since its launch in 2006, ScrewAttack has formed several valuable partnerships with companies such as MTV Networks, IGN.com, and Ziff Davis Media. SGC is the largest event hosted by ScrewAttack Entertainment, and has poised itself to become the premiere summer gaming convention in the North Texas area. Our aim is to provide an awesome venue for people of all ages to come together for a three day celebration of the things they love. Also, for 2010, we're very excited to announce that a portion of registration proceeds from SGC 2010 will be donated to the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas.
Last year SGC attracted over 1,000 gamers from all over the world for a three day celebration of video games, pop culture, and most importantly, FUN! SGC's reach is global; not only is SGC backed by ScrewAttack.com's fan base of over 1 million, but attendees traveled from not only all over the United States, Canada and Mexico, but Colombia, the United Kingdom, Japan, South Africa, the Republic of Ireland, and even Sweden. This year SGC is expected to more than double last year's attendance numbers as we expand our event to include even more industry guests, panels, and events for people of all ages.
